Let’s breakdown the ingredients of this cauliflower curry before going into it:
Cauliflower– The sulforaphane in cauliflower helps liver detox. It also contains choline, which is a liver detox nutrient. It is rich in B vitamins, which again are required for the same purpose.
It is a low carb vegetable which is why it is a great option as a grain replacement, and rich in fibre too. Some people may find themselves bloating, but that usually means that they need some healing. Cauliflower actually has so many benefits.
Turmeric–Curcumin in turmeric is another potent liver detox nutrient. It is anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants. Turmeric contains bioactive compounds that have immense medicinal properties. Beyond all the benefits, it makes everything look gorgeous!
Coriander–Coriander has natural chelating properties. It binds with toxins and heavy metals and allows your liver to exctrete it out of the body. It contains magnesium, niacin, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine and betacarotene. Many of the B vitamins also support liver detox!
