Glowing Anti Fungal DIY Skin Mask That Clears Your Skin

This Quick and Simple Natural DIY Anti Fungal Skin Mask is wonderful for persistent fungal and bacterial skin infections!

If you are finding it difficult to get over persistent fungal infections of the skin, don’t fret! This is a super simple recipe that works wonderfully on candida overgrowth on your skin, including the skin on your face, arms and legs.

This super simple DIY skin mask is quick, simple and contains few potent ingredients. The only thing that you need to be cautious about with such powerful ingredients is using them cautiously. More is not always better. I’ll explain this.

This DIY skin mask has three main ingredients with anti-microbial properties. If you have a dog who struggles with skin infections, this is wonderful as well! I’ve found skin care on dogs not quite upto the mark. When my Labrador struggled with chronic fungal infections, he never responded to being pumped with antibiotics or anti fungals. This worked great instead!

When it comes to skin care, especially with candida or fungal, the most important thing to remember is that you also need to work on the terrain of your body. If you take antibiotics very frequently, then localised skin applications such as this DIY skin mask may not be as effective. You also need to rebuild your microbiome.

Herbal antimicrobials are potent. It’s important that you use them in the right proportions. We use the ratios in this DIY skin mask in a way as to keep the more potent ingredients subtle. This allows the skin to not become further inflamed or agitated if it already is. The calming ingredients are the bulk of the recipe, which allows for soothing.

Help your skin health and fight candida with the best DIY skin mask:

Remember that nothing works as wonderfully for the skin, as simply eliminating sugar in your diet. I’ve seen people with candida all over their body. It will appear as itchy white patches everywhere. You might have had experience with it. Most anti fungals like candid creams simply work for some time and then it comes back.

This DIY skin mask contains aloe and coconut oil for bulk, and to soothe and calm your skin. It also contains rose petals, turmeric root and neem powder for their potent antimicrobial properties. I call the neem in this recipe double trouble. It has both neem powder as well as neem essential oil.

DIY skin masks are loaded with great ingredients. What matters is the ratio of ingredients, the methodology of use and wash and frequency of application until eradication. You know how frustrating fungal infections can be! This is the reason that I advice you to use this every alternate day for a few weeks and then start tapering off, if you have candida all over your body.

For an extra special DIY skin mask, you can also use some fresh rose petals and some rose essential oil. It will also be a great aroma while you apply it, and help you feel calmer and less agitated!

As you keep seeing all my recipes, I have three stars of the show, in the case of this DIY skin mask, it’s aloe vera, neem and rose petal. Remember my mantra, which is enjoy everything  from concept to creation to application! You really want to bring your awareness. Intention matters. If you think that you need to support skin health, try this DIY skin mask, loaded with brilliant nutrients.

Let’s breakdown the ingredients of this DIY skin mask recipe before going into it:

Aloe Vera– The best thing about aloe vera is that it is anti-inflammatory and contains Vitamin A. It is greatly soothing, and feeds your skin microbiome. When you apply it to your skin, you encourage beneficial bacteria growth on the surface of your skin. This helps to rebuild the skin microbiome. Dysbiosis is a great reason for overgrowth of fungals such as candida. Aloe supports slow recovery from this. Remember that this DIY skin mask has aloe also to soothe.

Neem–This DIY skin mask contains neem powder and neem oil. Neem is an antimicrobial. It has been used from ancient times for these properties. Neem relieves itching, inflammation and dryness of the skin. Neem essential oil contains the necessary fatty acids to promote skin recovery and encourage skin healing.

Rose Petals–Rose petals are very soothing. They are also anti microbial. Natural oils found in rose petals help the skin to regain moisture. They are a rich source of vitamin C, which helps the skin to build collagen. Collagen is the building block of healthy skin structure. Rose petals and rose oils ahve immense benefits for your skin!

Truth is tricky. It’s so easy to try a new diet or protocol and slip into denial over symptoms that arise. A classic version of this is missing a period after intermittent fasting but trying to ignore it. For a woman your cycle is as vital in information as a lab test!⁣

Have you tried a new diet or protocol and ever convinced yourself that it’s working for you just because you’ve lost a lot of weight? Weight loss has become the highest parameter of efficacy even when there is chaos happening within which can include and not limited to:⁣

💛Frequent headaches ⁣

☸️Dysfunctional cycle⁣

💮Low iron or B12 within few months⁣

💜Frequent fevers and coughs⁣

💛Bad skin⁣

☸️Poor quality of sleep even if you are sleeping nine hours⁣

💮Mood fluctuation that includes anger, sadness and overwhelm⁣

Weight loss should not be enough if all this is happening as well. Health should come before anything else.⁣

Fasting is great! But I’m seeing a lot of people who are unable to get benefits from this ancient practice. My guess is that this has a lot to do with sequence, present diet, level of stress and what’s happening within their body.⁣

Some of the indications that the specific fasting approach you are following is not working for you are:⁣

💙Feeling more stressed and having poor resilience to stressors around you. This can include feeling weepy, angry or overwhelmed.⁣

💙Struggling with fatigue and forcing yourself to get through the fasting period irrespective of tiredness, dizziness or giddy.⁣

💙One of the greatest signs of impact is struggling with sleep. This can include inability to stay asleep and not being able to stay asleep for enough time.⁣

💙Not getting a period when you have always had a perfect cycle is a huge red flag. If your body thinks that it’s a state of emergency it shuts off reproductive function and you can miss ovulation and menstruation. I’ve actually heard women say they are happy about missing a cycle but this is really dangerous!⁣

Does this mean fasting is not good? Far from it! I call the fasting approach that I use in practice as Strategic Fasting. This refers to using fasting techniques in specific ways at specific times with specific foods in the feeding window. It can be immensely therapeutic provided you bring it in correctly. ⁣

It’s so strange that so many women do not place stress as the greatest root cause of all their menstruated challenges. One episode of high stress can wreak havoc on your hormones and impact the flow of your cycle. This is why you’ll have an early period, a later period, no period or a heavy period after you’ve had an argument with someone or a bad day at work.⁣

🌸The reason for this is that your body takes cholesterol and produces both cortisol which is the stress hormone and progesterone which is your sex hormone. ⁣

🌺When your body thinks that it is a state of emergency then it shuts off non essential functions including the production of sex hormones. ⁣

🌸Instead it prioritises the production of your stress hormone cortisol. ⁣

🌺This means you can go a whole cycle without ovulation or making progesterone.⁣

🌸This makes you stressed, anxious, unable to sleep, overwhelmed, depressed and a whole lot more!⁣

Women’s health and women’s bodies are beautiful spaces where there is harmony deep within. Your body just tries to help you when something is off. The beauty is that you can bring everything back on track with the right steps in the right sequence. If you want to guide your health back to harmony, reach out!⁣
