Let’s breakdown the ingredients of this DIY skin mask recipe before going into it:

Aloe Vera– The best thing about aloe vera is that it is anti-inflammatory and contains Vitamin A. It is greatly soothing, and feeds your skin microbiome. When you apply it to your skin, you encourage beneficial bacteria growth on the surface of your skin. This helps to rebuild the skin microbiome. Dysbiosis is a great reason for overgrowth of fungals such as candida. Aloe supports slow recovery from this. Remember that this DIY skin mask has aloe also to soothe.

Neem–This DIY skin mask contains neem powder and neem oil. Neem is an antimicrobial. It has been used from ancient times for these properties. Neem relieves itching, inflammation and dryness of the skin. Neem essential oil contains the necessary fatty acids to promote skin recovery and encourage skin healing.

  • Mixer Jar

Materials

  • 2 large stem Aloe Vera Each should be a foot long and one inch thick
  • 1 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Neem Powder
  • 5 drops Neem Essential Oil
  • 1 cup Rose Petal You can use powder

Instructions

  • Clean the aloe. Trim the skin and scoop out all the inner flesh. Blend it in your mixer jar with all the other ingredients to make a thick paste.
  • Apply the paste all over the affected area of the skin. This quantity yields enough for one full body application. Let is stay on the skin for one hour. Wash off well. Repeat application every alternate day until active itching is gone and until the white patches disappear.
  • This cannot be used for candida overgrowth in intimate areas

Remember that you need to use this DIY skin mask many times in order toeradicate yeast overgrowth on your skin. You also need to ensure that remove all sugars from your diet and eat a very low sugar diet.

Some of the indications that the specific fasting approach you are following is not working for you are:⁣

💙Struggling with fatigue and forcing yourself to get through the fasting period irrespective of tiredness, dizziness or giddy.⁣

💙One of the greatest signs of impact is struggling with sleep. This can include inability to stay asleep and not being able to stay asleep for enough time.⁣

💙Not getting a period when you have always had a perfect cycle is a huge red flag.
